Mrs. Rachel's first grade class had a special visit from Flat Marlie from Nebraska! They had a great time showing Flat Marlie around for a few days and wrote letters back to Marlie's class. She practiced sounds, helped with some place value activities and read a lot!! It was a beautiful couple of days to play with friends on the playground too! They can't wait for Marlie's class to get their letters and learn about her trip.
