
Softball Tournament Schedule


Juniors and seniors that were given a permission slip to help with the Henderson County May Day on May 11th will meet with Mr. Chris Smith TOMORROW at 8:50 in the auditorium. It's important that all are in attendance.

🎓Seniors- this is a reminder that your Baccalaureate service is tonight at First Baptist Church Lexington at 6:00. Seniors are asked to be in full graduation attire and in the fellowship hall at 5:30. 🎓

🎾🎾Megan and Morgan Wood finished runner up in girls doubles for our district. 🎾Chandler Roberson is boys singles district champion. These players will move on to play in the regional individual tournament in a week. Congratulations!

Ms. Lidian Lindsey's English classes have been studying mythology in their last unit. They had a fun day today sculpting their own god/goddess/monster out of clay. Enjoy their smiles! 😊




The LHS Tennis Team had a great showing during the first three rounds of the district individual tournament. The following players made the all district team for making it to the semifinals; Addison Wood and Marley Scott for doubles, Megan Wood and Morgan Wood for doubles, Charlie Lewis and Bradley Scott for doubles, Joel Renfroe for singles, and Chandler Roberson for singles. Chandler Roberson will be playing for the singles district championship tomorrow, and Megan and Morgan Wood will be playing for the doubles district championship tomorrow as well. The boys and girls teams still have the team championship coming up next week as well.



A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Summer Foley and Kylie Waldrep on signing softball scholarships with Dyersburg State today!! We are very proud of both of you!!


We are so proud that LHS Beta was awarded such an honor by National Beta. The members of the LHS Beta Club averaged 50+ hours of service per member...for a total of more than 10,000 total hours of service so far this school year!! Congratulations!!!

Both boys and girls wrapped up the season with a win against Haywood. This brings both the boys and girls overall record to 8-2 with a district record of 6-1. They look to prepare for district tournament play starting next week. Congratulations on a good season.

The LHS Basketball Lady Tigers were asked to help with the Youth Challenger Basketball League tonight. These Lady Tigers saw this an such an honor. Thank you Coach Bowman for leading them in such great community service. ❤️

Want something different and unique to do this week? The LHS Softball Team is hosting a college softball game between the University of Tennessee at Martin and the University of Memphis at the Lexington Sportplex this Tuesday night at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the gate.
