South Side Elementary -

These students received perfect attendance for the first nine weeks of school. They were rewarded with a popcorn party and extra time outside.

Mrs. Bridgette Fields is the 5th-8th grade Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Bridgette teaches 5th–8th grade science. She has been teaching for 23.5 years.

Mrs. April McClain is the Pre-K through 4th grade Teacher of the Year at South Side. Mrs. April teaches 4th grade math and science. She has been teaching for 24.5 years. Ms. April is also Henderson County Pre-K through fourth grade teacher of the year.
