Coach Hudson's Anatomy and Physiology classes carved pumpkins with a nervous system theme. Most did a brain, there is also a heart, and an eye. Enjoy!

Congratulations to our 2023-2024 LHS Tiger Tennis Team!

Mrs. Small's class is busy working in groups on an Equations of Circles review activity preparing for their upcoming test.

Our Spook-tacular teachers and staff at LHS are the best! The Renaissance Team celebrated them today with Halloween goody bags. 🎃👻💀

The Renaissance Team celebrated our students who made Honors Roll or Principal’s List for the 1st nine weeks with a little fall fun today. We painted pumpkins, watched The Nightmare Before Christmas, made mummies, face painted, played basketball, and gave out free popcorn and coke.
Thanks to Anderson’s Farm Market for donating the pumpkins, Coke for donating the drinks, and Mrs. Jaivel for face painting for us.
As always thanks to our Renaissance students for working so hard to host this for their peers.

It’s time for another Meet our Team Monday! Each Monday, are sharing profiles featuring our dedicated faculty and staff who go above and beyond to make our school the outstanding and welcoming community that it is. Our state scores speak to the commitment of our faculty and staff. We want to introduce who each one is as a person. Join us in celebrating our team each week.

The Electric Tigers is a group created as part of LHS’s involvement with the School Uplift grant program. Students are working towards creating a more energy conscious school, and will be hosting events throughout the year.

Mrs. Beatty's Honors Biology II class took their test over anatomical terms with their gingerbread men/women “cadavers”.

This group is pretty incredible. This morning the AFJROTC marched in remembrance of those captured and killed during The Bataan Death March. They made 14 laps around the walking path. Prior to this, they helped set up the Field of Flags in support of The American Legion. Capt Sullivan and Sr Park are a true blessing to LHS. 🇺🇸

Students in Mrs. Rainey's class were introduced to the different types of economic systems today by making jewelry using the production guidelines of each system.

Mrs. Bowman's world history class doing a museum walk-thru in the halls this morning to learn about the main battles of WWI.
