LHS will be offering FREE Sports Physicals with provider Kendra Grissom, FNP and provider Ashley K. Melton, CPNP on April 28th 11:30am until 2:45pm. These will be held in our Auditorium here at LHS. This is a very convenient way for your athletes to get their physicals for the upcoming school year. Please have them come by the nurse's office and get a packet to be filled out with parents' signatures and returned to Mrs. Erin Kyle by Monday 4/24/23. Students who are in an EOC-tested class will not be allowed to miss their EOC class time on this day. Please make arrangements with Mrs. Erin prior to this day for a specific priority time due to being enrolled in an EOC class.
