Rise to Read. Thank you to these volunteers from Mt. Gilead Church for their commitment to our students and our school. They come weekly to help 2nd graders by working individually with students, reading aloud to them, and listening while students read. We appreciate each of these individuals!

Coach Mike Limbaugh has not only brought years of experience as a PE teacher to BGS, he has also started a Little Dribblers program that our students and families love!
All students in K-4 are given the opportunity to be a Little Dribbler and they practice during PE class. They start by learning where to stand. Next, they go through dribble drills and add ball handling skills. They spend about 35 minutes 1 day per week preparing for Little Dribblers, and we have 47 students involved!
The Little Dribblers will perform at our home games on November 7th and November 27th.

Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs. Cheri's PreK has a counting club. They are all trying to count to 100. Here are our October awards. Congratulations to Harper Marlin for being the first prek student to make it into the 100 club and earning a free ice cream!
