Kindergarten and First Grade spent the day at Sunset Valley Farm in Huron! They had an amazing time! Students learned a little about the history of and plans for the future of the farm while they traveled to the pumpkin patch on a tractor ride. At the patch, students picked out their very own pumpkin to bring home!
First graders were able to run through the corn maze, and what a maze it was! Mrs. Brenda and Mrs. Mallory nearly were lucky to have such amazing little navigators with them to guide them out safely!! Students were able to run and play all all afternoon on the many activities the farm had to offer! They even got to see a couple pumpkins launch from a pumpkin cannon! It was an amazing day at the farm (and muddy!) day at the farm!
