Henderson County Schools is pleased to announce that Brandon Rainey has been selected as the new principal at Lexington High School, effective the 2024-2025 academic school year.

Mr. Brandon Rainey has been a member of the administrative team at Lexington High School for the past 14 years, serving as an Assistant Principal under Mr. Steve Lindsey. Mr. Rainey is a 1998 graduate of LHS. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Freed-Hardeman University. He later returned to Freed-Hardeman, obtaining a Master of Education degree in curriculum and instruction. Mr. Rainey received his Instructional Leadership endorsement from Bethel University. Mr. Rainey is married to Rebecca Armstrong Rainey. They have two children, Maci and Addie.
