I am pleased to announce that after sixteen years of dedicated service as the head football coach of the Lexington Tigers, Bryant Hollingsworth has decided to take on a new role as the Henderson County School District's Athletic Director. This decision reflects not only his commitment to sports but also his desire to contribute to the broader athletic development of our district.

Bryant Hollingsworth is a native of Lexington, where he lives with his wife, Della, along with their three children, Caitlynn, Brooklynn, and Madalynn. Coach Hollingsworth brings a wealth of experience to his new position. Having attended Paul G. Caywood Elementary School and graduated from Lexington High School in 1994, he has deep roots within our community. His educational journey includes an undergraduate degree from Lambuth University and a graduate degree from Freed Hardeman University.

As Director of Schools for Henderson County, I commend Coach Hollingsworth for his outstanding coaching career and express my anticipation for the leadership he will provide at the district level. His emphasis on building relationships, instilling values such as hard work, commitment, selflessness, discipline, and fostering a growth mindset aligns with our vision for creating a foundation for success. I am confident that Coach Hollingsworth will continue to inspire excellence and positively impact the lives of our students.

Please join me in congratulating Coach Hollingsworth on his new role, and I look forward to witnessing the positive influence he will bring to our district's athletic programs.
